Do you have cable?

Do you still have cable? I do. I think I'm one of the last. I find the benefits are

  • Easy to access - especially with my older TVs.

  • I can watch Live TV, Movies, On-Demand, etc. on my devices through 1 app.

  • I don't have a host of auto-debits coming out of my accounts for various streaming services.

  • I get a discount on my internet


The big problem is, cable bills keep going up. Here's what you do,

  • Call and tell your provider you want to cancel.

  • They will offer you a lower price, negotiate for an even lower price.

  • Ask for other benefits like faster internet at no extra charge.

  • Mark, your calendar to remind yourself when that "special rate" expires and call again.
