About Me
Hello, I’m Lana
I am a Financial Coach (CFEI) with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. My experience includes banking, mergers and acquisitions, investment advising, and bank industry consulting. Things changed when I decided I wanted more from life than working long hours so I could buy a bunch of stuff. I gave up my career, got a lower-level position, and started to live. I later re-entered the world of leadership and it didn’t take long for me to realize that I wanted my life to look different so I walked away and started my coaching business. I would not have been able to do that without the money management skills my parents taught me and my years in the industry. If I know anything, I know that there is a huge lack of personal finance education; yet it is probably the single most important. I am committed to changing that.
As a Financial Coach, I help professionals develop healthy money habits that will last. I educate and work one-on-one with them to create a financial plan that reflects their goals. We structure budgets, implement debt payoff strategies, and create savings plans. I also serve as an accountability partner and support.
Ways To Work With Me
I offer a few different ways to support you, depending on where you are and what kind of guidance you’re looking for right now. It’s important to not look for a “perfect” solution regarding your finances — just one that feels like the best next step. That is why I offer various resources, including:
Self-Guided Resources
If you prefer to start on your own, I offer guides and tools designed to help you get organized and build awareness around your money.
These are a good fit if you want:
Clarity around your finances
A starting point
Something you can move through at your own pace
One-on-One Financial Coaching
One-on-one coaching is personalized, ongoing support tailored to your specific goals, income, and life circumstances.
This is a good fit if you:
Want individualized guidance and support
Need accountability and some structure
Prefer working one-on-one to create lasting change
Together, we focus on getting you organized, creating a plan that makes sense, and building habits you can maintain long term.
Group Coaching
Group coaching provides structure, accountability, and guidance in a supportive environment.
This option is helpful if you:
Want support but don’t want to do this alone
Learn through shared conversation and guidance
Are working on specific goals, like paying off debt or saving
Group coaching is offered at select times throughout the year.
Not Sure Where to Start?
That’s completely okay. Many clients begin with self-guided resources, while most prefer one-on-one coaching, and some start with group support. There’s no right or wrong path — just what fits your current season. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to help you figure out the best next step. Just schedule a consultation.
To further assist those wanting intrinsic change, I partner with InnerLight Solutions, an integrative coaching firm that serves clients using a combination of Life and Financial Coaching.
